The 2011 festival was another huge success!

A record 12,500 visitors poured into the site over the weekend to enjoy everything on offer so a big ‘thank you’ to everyone who came to support the festival again this year and help make it another wonderful event.

John Les Tomos, Chairman of the Organising Committee, also wishes to thank all the volunteer groups and individuals for their time, help and commitment in making the festival such a success.

Celebrity chefs, Brian Mellor, Graham Tinsley and Jean Christophe-Novelli demonstrated their culinary expertise to packed audiences in the cookery theatre and the local Teen Cuisine andFlintshire Chef of the Year 2011competitions were all well supported.

The mix of live music proved a real hit with visitors as they enjoyed a drink or two in the outdoor courtyard areas, even the weather was gorgeous! Our exhibitorswere kept very busy over the weekend, some even having to re-stock Saturday night as they had sold out!
