Our seated cookery theatre will host a fantastic programme of celebrity and local chef demonstrations and masterclasses throughout the weekend. Please see below for the timetable of events:

SATURDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER:

10.30 – 11.15

Jo Wheatley, food writer and baker, gives the first of three baking themed demos

 

11.30 – 12.15

Celebrity Chef Graham Tinsley MBE, showcases his culinary expertise.

 

12.30 – 1.15

More tempting bakes lovingly prepared by Jo Wheatley.

More expert tips and tasty recipes from Celebrity Chef Graham Tinsley.

Jo Wheatley shares her passion for baking in her final demo of the day.

Peter Rushforth, Swan’s Farm Shop, gives a butchery demonstration and Graham Tinsley will cook a variety of delicious dishes using the cuts of meat.

 

SUNDAY 17th SEPTEMBER:

Celebrity Chef Jean-Christophe Novelli takes centre stage for the first of three inspirational cookery demonstrations.

Tony Griffiths, The Crown at Lixwm, showcases wholesome cooking at its best.

Winners of the best Coffee & Walnut Cake will be announced and presented with their prizes by Celebrity Chef Jean-Christophe Novelli
