Graham is the current manager of the Welsh National Culinary Team, which is ranked seventh in the world.
He recently led the team to silver and bronze medals at the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg.
A founder member and manager of the Welsh National Culinary team, Graham has received an MBE from the Queen for his services to the Welsh food industry. Graham has said: "It was humbling to meet the Queen. When I told her I had cooked for her three times, she gave me a lovely smile. I would like to think that the award is also recognition of the team's achievements over the years."
Graham will be preparing three different recipes on each of the two days of the festival . All dishes have been previously chosen for showcasing on ITV's ' Taste the Nation' .
