ABOUT US
The Mold Hotel and Restaurant Association was formed during the the early months of 2006. The initial reason for its formation was to organise and operate the first Mold Food Festival in September 2006.
The organisation is headed up by Greg Shankar, owner of The Bryn Awel Hotel in Mold where our meetings are regularly held. Greg leads a team of dedicated association members who share his determination to ensure that the Mold food festivals are as good as they can be.
All the organisers of the Food Festival are volunteers.
The Association is open to membership from any involved in the catering and hospitality trade in and around the market town of Mold in North East Wales, U.K.
