ABOUT US
The Festival is organised by a dedicated group of volunteers, local authority and education representatives who aim to improve the availability of local produce, extend the tourist season, support local producers and assist those who seek a career in hospitality and food.
The volunteer committee and supporters represent local hospitality, accommodation, licensed trade, retail, professional services and those in general who wish to see Mold continue to prosper and be a great town to visit, shop, live and be a generally interesting and fun place to be.
By arranging the festival the public and producers are brought together for the benefit of all, reducing the carbon footprint, increasing the viability of the producers and showcasing for the public the excellent products that are available locally.
