Why not have a go at doing some fun, foodie activities, workshops and tasting sessions for all the family? Everyone can join in and students from Deeside College will be on hand to help out during the activities.

Cupcake Decorating

Taking place on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th at 11am.

Decorating cupcakes is both simple and fun. At this session you will find out everything you need to know to create perfectly decorated cupcakes – from choosing the right type of icing to creating delicious fillings and using a variety of sweets for top!


Cocktail Making

Taking place on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th at 12pm.

How to mix, muddle and mash some tasty classic cocktails! Learn how to shake and stir your very own cocktail creations.


Heston’s Science of Food Hour

Taking place on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th at 1pm.

Where adults and children can take part in fun food experiments!


Sugarcraft Modelling – Fudge Teddies

Taking place on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th at 2pm.

Join Deeside College lecturer Alison Curtis and get the chance to create your very own Fudge Teddy Bears. Always very popular with the kids and adults alike!


Table Top Theatre

Taking place on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th at 3pm.

Live demo’s and interactive session on the art of flambé and fine dining activities by Deeside College Chef Lecturers.


Man-powered Smoothie Bike

Taking place on Saturday and Sunday at numerous times throughout the day.
